Wazoo
Just reading what you wrote "receive forwarded email from them" suggests that you need to go to that attbi.com address and turn off the Forwarding ....
texmedic
I have tried that. Attbi.com is now comcast.net and it's like going down a rabbit hole. can i simply block my old address? thanks for the reply mike
Wazoo
Yes, you could add it to your personal blacklist, but as the ethic of the SpamCop e-mail system si not to lose any e-mail, it will still show up in your Held Folder at best. Yes, I understand the transition issue, but in theory that's where your fine comcast cutomer service reps should come into play <g> I'm on a different branch of the [at]Home failure, but doesn't comcast also offer you an "account management" web-page, from which you handle various items such as e-mail addresses/accounts, web=page request/authorization. and such? See if the attbi address is still showing as an authorized account under and kill it yourself, or do the phone call/live chat/e-mail to request that comcast kill the account/link ...????
