ISP's finding out addresses

I recieved this in my email today....

Dear *******,

we received an email from our ISP asking why you had reported our email

to you as spam?

Clearly you do ot wish to be contacted by us and although there is an

unsubscribe link on the email you didnt use it?

As you do not wish to be contacted us we have deleted your account.

This is one of those with the bogus unsubscribe link...and yes I used it many many times to no avail....but my question is...how did they know it was me??
