qjvgpuryy Posted August 2, 2004 Posted August 2, 2004 I searched the forums for something like this and didn't find anything, so here goes ... I get a lot of spam at work over the weekend, some of which could have been added to the blacklist after I received them. Could the technical details page show if the "network where email originates" is currently on the blacklist? Then I could just cancel the report instead of reporting a one to two day old spam.
Wazoo Posted August 2, 2004 Posted August 2, 2004 I'm suspecting that if/when added to Julian's To-Do list, this would be way down on the priority scale. The other side of your query is that the time spent on the BL is based on a mathematical formula that includes the quantity of reports. By not reporting them, you could be helping to minimize the time remaining for the blocking action, which could then lead to you asking about why an IP you've been reporting in the past is all of a sudden allowed to spew once again.
