OAC
I've been using SpamCop for about five years, and only recently in the past month (perhaps longer) have I noticed that the vast majority of my submissions result in "No source IP address found, cannot proceed." Recent example tracked here, here, here, and here. For what it's worth, there are two accounts used for reporting: gmail and godaddy. I have recently re-confirmed mailhosts for each. If this were only an occasional issue, I wouldn't have gone through the hassle of creating an account and making this post. However, since the vast majority of my submissions results in this message, it's either ask for possible remedies or stop wasting my time with reports. petzl
Looks like a REAL mailhost problem you need to contact deputies https://mailsc.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/401.html
OAC
I'm new, so I have no idea how to reach the deputies. Also, I don't have login credentials for the link you supplied.
OAC
All four of my submissions this morning resulted in "No source IP address found, cannot proceed." See here, here, here, and here.
