That's great news indeed π A mix of those things I suggested, unsubscribe, and contact the websites will dramatically reduce the porn spam you receive. I've had a few new ones this past week. There was no unsubscribe option. So I contactacted the websites and threatened them with reporting them for violation of the can spam act e.t.c. I got this email from them today. it usually works ππ Edited December 19, 2018 by mojorisin

SENT TO MINORS > Β I have some templates I use for spamcop reports. It saves typing the same complaints for different types of spam. I use this template for my 'Mr Angry' complaint to porn spammers. I just copy and paste it and send it off to the porn website 'contact us' mail address. It works a treat. ........................................... I've reported you to your I.P service provider, and the domain host of your web pages for harvesting email addresses and sending unsolicited PORNOGRAPHIC nuisance spam. *You are sending adult obscene material to children under the age of 16* You have multiple violations of the can spam act 2003. Do not add people to mailing lists without permission, your 'sender 'from' email address is NOT a valid email address capable of receiving replies. You also have no 'unsubscribe option' which is a further breach of the can spam act. Sending pornography to minors also. For your information. Q. What are the penalties for violating the CAN-spam Act? A. Each separate email in violation of the law is subject to penalties of up to $41,484, and more than one person may be held responsible for violations. For example, both the company whose product is promoted in the message and the company that originated the message may be legally responsible. Email that makes misleading claims about products or services also may be subject to laws outlawing deceptive advertising, like Section 5 of the FTC Act. The CAN-spam Act has certain aggravated violations that may give rise to additional fines. The law provides for criminal penalties β including imprisonment β for: harvesting email addresses or generating them through a dictionary attack (the practice of sending email to addresses made up of random letters and numbers in the hope of reaching valid ones)www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/can-spam...
