Hostinger email unable to configure

I have a configuration email sent to my hostinger hosted cpanel email, then copy/paste the full source (headers + body) and get this error:

 

host 2a02:4780:8:6:0:0:0:b (getting name) no name
host 2a02:4780:8:6:0:0:0:a (getting name) no name
Host nl-srv-mailstorage297.hostinger.io (checking ip) IP not found ; nl-srv-mailstorage297.hostinger.io discarded as fake.

All you have to do is put in your email address  after using/clicking Mailhosts tab, and spamcop will reply with a confirmation link.

I am getting past that point and have configured other emails fine from cox gmail yahoo godaddy hostgator but for this hostinger one spamcop will not accept the headers/source.
