turetzsr
<snip>I'm getting over 1500+ held messages a week. It takes quite a bit of time just to delete them, forget even trying to report them. <snip> ...Does Don's reply in SpamCop Forum thread "What should I do ??" help? sgsilver
I'd like to see an import/export function added to the whitelist. There has been a lot of spam lately that has been given low spam Assassin ratings (under a score of 3), which has forced me to be very strict in my spam settings. This has stopped a lot of spam, but it has also resulted in more legit e-mails being caught. This wouldn't be such a big deal if I only got a few spam messages a day, but I get anywhere from 100-200 spam messages a day, and it is quite time consuming to carefully look through 100-200 spam messages a day to ensure that no legit e-mail messages are captured. Importing my address book into my whitelist would help in this regard. Thanks, Steve

scott_see
I see that people have been requesting the ability to upload a whitelist file for at least two years. Is this possible to do yet? Even being able to copy & paste a list into a single text box field would be a HUGE improvement.
StevenUnderwood
I see that people have been requesting the ability to upload a whitelist file for at least two years. So why open a new thread? This is being moved into the existing [Pinned] thread.
DavidT
I see that people have been requesting the ability to upload a whitelist file for at least two years. Is this possible to do yet? No, sorry. And stuff requested here rarely, if ever, gets acted upon by TPTB. DT

I'm thinking that the Forum stuff is at least reacted to, if not actually handled/resolved <g>
DavidT
I'm thinking that the Forum stuff is at least reacted to, if not actually handled/resolved <g> Of course....sorry I didn't qualify that. The statement applies only to the stuff outside of this forum. DT
DavidT
OK...here I am to eat my words....this just seen on the webmail login screen: Sep 26, 2008 [16:28 EDT] We have a new feature to block Russian and other Cyrillic emails. Login to webmail, click Options, then SpamCop Tools. Then click on your Blacklists. In there is a new menu item you can select to send all Russian emails directly to your Held Mail. Here's my post in the appropriate SC Email topic: http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?...ost&p=67064 Chomp, chomp. ;-) DT
