return path on spam - my own e-mail addy

I received a spam e-mail today, and as I was in the process of reporting it, noticed that the return path is my own e-mail address. The from line had a different name, but it was listed as my e-mail address (not my spamcop address, but a comcast address.) I've never seen this before, but figure that it is the latest trick spammers are using. However, now I don't know if I should report the spam, because it will look like it came from me, right?
