stans07
I usually clean out my "held mail" box every weekend. For the last several days I can't seem to empty it of the 12985 Messages from this week. Usually I go FOLDERS, click HELD MAIL, Empty Folders and click Yes to the warning dialog. Now I can't get it to work. It apparently times out, without emptying it. Any ideas? stans07
Hi, I'm not set-up for IMAP, yet. I was just wondering why the behavior has changed and how to continue doing it the way I was doing before I changed my workflow...
Jeff G.
This problem is happening because you have let too many messages pile up in one SpamCop Email System mailbox/Folder, it now takes Courier too long to do anything with them, and Webmail is now timing out waiting for Courier. IMAP4 and an email to support<at>spamcop.net can both help you to reduce the quantity of messages.
