Or other country? There is a good site for finding the carrier for US numbers. Internet phone numbers (VOIP) like Skype, allow one to type in any phone number they like, even yours (used as revenge if you block their fake number). I'm Australia but most fake calls have non-Australian accent's predominantly Indian (not native American). I tell them I have a "Aboriginal" curse which is for your family and friends, keep away from them (often they panic and hang-up)! But reporting BOTH IP's AND Registrar to abuse seems to of turn them off calling me. Some like GoDaddy on their web reporting allow specific Mobile spam reporting.
