no apparent response from spamcop

i have been reporting spam, but apparently getting no replies. i checked my spamcop account, and it shows reported spam but that I have not responded.

we have lotus notes, and our firewall reports any deleted mail (none deleted).

i did get an email from spamcop when i asked for a password reset.

ideas?

Insufficient data ... for example, Lotus Notes brings to mind some issues, including which version was in use. You don't actually state how your spam was submitted, assumedly via e-mail, but ....???? Did this work last week and then quit, has it ever worked, etc. etc. ????? Have you looked at the SpamCop FAQ here and gone through those entries dealing with missing e-mails, tried any troubleshooting yourself ...????

It appears that you are confusing the terminology.

When you write "i have been reporting spam", I take that to mean that you have been using email to submit copies of your spam to your Submit Address.

When you write "apparently getting no replies", I take that to mean that you have not been receiving "SpamCop has accepted" responses to your submissions via return email.

When you write "i checked my spamcop account, and it shows reported spam but that I have not responded.", I take that to mean that you are seeing "Report Now" on the SpamCop Parsing and Reporting Service for spam emails for which you haven't yet received "SpamCop has accepted" responses via return emails.
