Mail Host processed successfully but does not appear in my list of mail hosts

For one of my mail hosts (Liquid Web) I am able to get the full headers and when I add them I get the message from spam cop that it was processed successfully, but the new host never appears on my list of mail hosts.  I have tried it multiple times with different emails from the same host - same lack of final result.




Also, just checking, I need process ONE email only from each mail host, correct?  even if I have multiple emails from the same host.

I believe you only need one process email for each email address and that mailhosts should be able to detect them all. One thing I have noticed is if someone else has done their email from the same provider, the name on my mailhosts could be what they put in instead of being what I put in.
