Wazoo
filtering must be done manually in the held box I haven't figured this out at all. Have you read any of the existing FAQ entries. Have you any of the previous discussions on others with filtering issues? filtering icon does not appear on inbox page If you believe it should be there, if you believe you have filtering selected, if you believe that rules are in place, etc., etc., etc. than this would appear that what you believe isn't true .... Follow one of the links at the top of the page to the SpamCop FAQ and see if your answer isn't already there.

My filters work 100% of the time when they match exactly. They are case sensitive, so abc, Abc, and ABC are 3 different matches. 3) Are you saying that your Inbox is NOT being filtered at all? If another folder, see my answer to 2).

Jeff G.
Sorry, Webmail's filtering is not automatic enough to do what you want to do. You have to click the little funnel-shaped "Apply Filters on Held Mail" Filter Icon while viewing your Held Mail mailbox/Folder each and every time you want to apply your Filters to your Held Mail mailbox/Folder. Also, please review the Help and practice your quoting in the Testing Forum. Thanks!
