sgrayban
I have gone over and over the headers that are sent by qwest.net mail servers and I just can't figure out why they are messed up and spamcop wont parse it. Here is the headers from one of my emails..... Return-Path: <alta.kenney[at]db.dk> Delivered-To: XXX[at]mail-spkn.uswest.net Received: (qmail 96595 invoked by uid 0); 13 Jan 2006 01:29:02 -0000 Received: from unknown (HELO mpls-cmx-10.inet.qwest.net) (63.226.138.10) by mpls-mailin-05.inet.qwest.net with SMTP; 13 Jan 2006 01:29:02 -0000 Received: (qmail 5604 invoked by uid 0); 13 Jan 2006 01:29:01 -0000 Received: from unknown (HELO bluemail.ch) (222.136.133.19) by mpls-cmx-10.inet.qwest.net with SMTP; 13 Jan 2006 01:28:58 -0000 Date: Fri, 13 Jan 2006 00:27:57 -0200 Message-ID: <43C7102D.77A78E54[at]db.dk> From: "Alta Kenney" <alta.kenney[at]db.dk> To: XXX[at]uswest.net, XXX[at]uswest.net, XXX[at]uswest.net, XXX[at]uswest.net Subject: Uptick Stock MIME-Version: 1.0 User-Agent: Mozilla/5.001 (windows; U; NT4.0; en-us) Gecko/25250101 Status: RO X-UIDL: 1137115742.96613.6795.mpls-mailin-05.inet.qwest.net Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit X-Status: UC X-KMail-EncryptionState: X-KMail-SignatureState: X-KMail-MDN-Sent: SC complains this error.... Add/edit your mailhost configurationFinding full email headersSubmitting spam via email (may work better)Example: What spam headers should look like Nothing to do. And yet I can't add qwest to my mailhost since it throws the same error on the validation from SC. Endless loop problem? Moderator Edit: fixed the mis-matched [ CODE ] amd [ QUOTE ] tags. SpamCopAdmin
And yet I can't add qwest to my mailhost since it throws the same error on the validation from SC. I found a user with a failed Qwest probe who is coming in from the same IP you posted here from, and fixed the config message. If you're Scott, you're all set. If not, send me the email address you registered for an account with us and I'll take a look. Contact me at: service [at] admin.spamcop.net There was a blank space at the beginning of all the "Received" lines in the headers of the test message. I don't know how that happened, but when I removed them, everything worked fine. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - service [at] admin.spamcop.net http://www.spamcop.net/
