Can't login to reporting system

Recommended Posts

I'm surprised to be the first one reporting this, but I can't log in to the reporting system -- and thus I can't log in to email.

Among the messages has been:

Service Unavailable - Zero size object

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

Also, trying to log in via the boxes in upper right corner results in "No userid found."

I can log into webmail, and use "report spam" from my Held Mail folder -- but I like doing it the other way.

SpamCop crashed just now. The IT guys are on the way down to the server farm to see what the deal is.

I guess just hang loose and try again later.

As always, when you experience a failure with SpamCop, the immediate action drill is to shut down your browser and go lie on the couch. :-)

The graphic / link at the top of this page is a status indicator of the "Reporting System" .... It is showing approximately an hour's worth of being unavailble. That's why I put the graphic / link there. However, the "can't login to e-mail" has to be qualified.

And this all deals with the Reporting side of the house, specifically the IronPort hardware in California.

Logging into webmail is logging into JT's side of the house, specifically hardware in Georgia. Reporting from there still would not have actually been accomplished until the IronPort stuff was brought back on-line.
