epgeek
I have been reporting some very offensive spam to spam COP and noticed this statement in the report: ISP does not wish to receive reports regarding http://www.livejasmin.com/allperformers.ph...=beautifulbarbi - no date available http://www.livejasmin.com/allperformers.ph...=beautifulbarbi has been appealed previously This spam was illegal on several levels, but the ISP doesn't want to hear about it???? Maybe we should set up to forward all this spam to their support desk until they view it as a problem and take some action?? or maybe we should forward it to their government websites with a request for appropriate action?? In this case, it probably means they have enough reports and are investigating. I am seeing close to 20 just since midnight and plenty more from yesterday. I will not post the reports here because of the subject lines. The appealed part means paid reporters have a change to request a deputy look into the case and they can re-enable reporting if they feel it is not being handled. Now, handled does not necessarily mean that the site is shut down. It may be that the ISP is working with their customer, or that, what they are doing is not against their TOS. Using this with string "ISP does not wish to receive reports regarding," I see the following (among others less relevant): Glossary topic "Innocent Bystander" SpamCop Wiki article "Innocent Bystander" StevenUnderwood's first reply to thread "ISP does not wish to receive reports regarding http://www."
