Spam report that cannot be sent

spam Cop has accepted an E-mail as spam, generated a report but the rport cannot be sent because it is missing the Send Report nuton

Currently says that reports have already been sent.

If instead of a "Send Button" you may have seen the words "Would Send" .. please see http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=122 .. but as louisd points out, the current page your Tracking URL points to includes SpamCop report numbers, so it looks like reports did in fact get generated.
