Jørn Berthelsen
Hi there, I am in the process of setting up, reporting to Spamcop by Email. I am sending my mail (as attachment) to submit.xxxx8888xxxx8888xxxx@spam.spamcop.net I then get a mail with a link - so far so good. Do I have to click on the link in the mail, and click "Send spam Report" for every spammail reported? I am managing a domian with 2,500 users Thanks /Jørn
gnarlymarley
You do have to click each link in the mail for every spam. I believe SpamCop did this so that you would double check that the message is actually spam (because we don't want to accidentally report good messages). Now if the email address was never used for legitimate email, then I believe you might be able to work out using the quick.xxxx8888xxxx8888xxxx@spam.spamcop.net address. (I believe you might have to work with the deputies to have this turned on.)
