Has anyone else noticed that, since yesterday (for me at least) many of the spam reports stay in the queue?

I will submit the spam via email.  I receive the "[SpamCop] is now ready to process your spam.  After following the link, I press the "process spam" button.  And after returning to a new spam reporting screen, there will be a "Unreported spam Saved: Report Now" link.  However, following the link brings me back to the same spam message.  Repeatedly reporting the spam pressing the "process spam" button has the same result.

I checked the report history and these spams are not being reported ("not sent - stats only").  I understand that an ISP may not want a report, but shouldn't the spam be automatically removed from the reporting queue?  And the change in behavior makes me wonder if they are being processed at all.

Any thoughts?
