spam Sources not being Reported

Greetings

I  am not sure if this is the correct forum - apologies if not.

Just noticed a few days ago that nothing reported in real-time on spamcop.net is being sent to the source. Links are still being evaluated but the source is missing, instead an email is attempted thus:

Report spam to:

Re: 173.254.197.145 (Third party interested in email source)
To: Internal spamcop handling: (bondedsender) (Notes)

which results in this:

Reports disabled for [email protected]

Is it something I have done? Alternatively can anyone offer a suggestion?
