lisati
I sometimes get moronic bounces from my ISP when bringing dodgy emails to their attention abuse[at] or similar role email address, e.g. "message rejected due to possible spam content."
petzl
👍 Thought this didn't happen anymore? Instead of Aliens sending chimps to earth they do one better. Send morons to run abuse desks instead of chimps
FeMaster
I frequently get that, even from abuse reports I send to Amazon. Amazon refuses to open attachments, so forwarding the offending email as an attachment is completely worthless. They want the full headers and body HTML of the spam email copied and pasted into the body of a text email and sent to their abuse reporting address. A good amount of the time when this is done, the email gets bounced because it was "identified as spam". No, really!? Complete incompetence!
