Whaleya
I have my mail forwarded from my non-spamcop account to my spamcop account. Sometimes the mail gets bounced back with the message that after 2 tries it was unable to send the mail (spamcop unresponsive). If the email is resent later that day it will go though and into my Soamcop account. I can understand that spam processing can sometimes be slow but I really need spamcop to always at least answer the phone.
Wazoo
Not enough data provided to work with. Servers involved, header data to possibly provide something for JT to look up in his server logs, etc.

Does the information at: http://mail.spamcop.net/news.php help you understand what is happening at all? Specifically the entry from Oct 31.
