agi
Hi all, I'm running a scri_pt to check if my servers are listed on BLs or not. I'm getting a positive for one of them, and querying the spamcop bl confirms it, but if I check in the web site, it will deny my server's listing. How do I get a removal from the DNS when the web says I'm not in? $ dig 242.101.38.80.bl.spamcop.net. ; <<>> DiG 9.3.2-P1 <<>> 242.101.38.80.bl.spamcop.net. ;; global options: printcmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 62089 ;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 1, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 0 ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;242.101.38.80.bl.spamcop.net. IN A ;; ANSWER SECTION: 242.101.38.80.bl.spamcop.net. 738 IN A 127.0.0.2 Oh, wait. The problem seems to be using OpenDNS. They're caching the answer since 24H or more ago. I'll look into this later.. Merlyn
Well you are in a few blocklists. here is a sample of some of the spam: http://psbl.surriel.com/evidence?ip=80.38....=Check+evidence As for not showing on the spamcop page it could just be a timing issue.
