At best, it would seem to be an issue with an SpamCop.net E-Mail account, which is handled by different folks on different hardware located in different parts of the U.S. But, it really appears to be a "New Feature Request" ... so moving it to that Forum section. It would help those of us who want to make timely reports. You can setup the webmail application to popup a notice when a new message arrives. You will need to leave the ebmail application open.
