That is as close as I can get in outlook 2003 as well without add-on tools. Not going to get into the "We are Microsoft, why follow standards". That is why the submit form has an option for Outlook/Eudora. You have to paste the sections in separately. I use http://www.spamgrabber.org but I'm not sure they have it out for Outlook 2007 yet. Note, this product used to be called olspamcop and some of the pages still reflect it.

StevenUnderwood
if any one has another program suggestion let me know. Have you checked out the SpamCop FAQ (linked at the top of every page)? In there you will find a title: How do I get my email program to reveal the full, unmodified email?. At the bottom of the link to: Microsoft Outlook (all versions) you will find an old list of products. Please note that any link that starts: http://www.spamcop.net/fom-serve is part of the Official SpamCop FAQ and is not updatable by anyone here. Another program I have heard about which MAY work with SpamCop is: EXM Spambar 1.4c which is avaialble on download.com. This is designed for another service (postini) which does filtering but should provide the full headers and I believe the address is customizable. StevenUnderwood
...Also please see My reply in thread "Reporting spam". I haven't tried it yet with 2007 but it works fine with 2000 and 2003. ...Good luck! Steve. FYI. I noticed some differences in the headers (some missing) with that method which is why I started looking at spamgrabber. I am currently testing the exact differences and will post them here. The missing headers, as I recall, are not critical for spamcop's purpose (missing x-headers, IIRC). Exact description to follow: Forward to SpamCop webmail then paste Message Source: http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z1183701510zf...;action=display Copy/Paste from document to 2 part form: http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z1183705630zf...;action=display SpamGrabber submit: http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z1183719508z6...;action=display Forward to submit: http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z1183723002z7...;action=display The primary difference does seem to be the x-headers are missing. Not important to many, but I also submit to postini and they will not even look at it if their x-pstn headers are not present (because it looks like it did not pass through their system). The spamgrabber version is most like the copy and paste version. The 2 forward from Outlook versions are identical.
