According to Spamhaus, the global anti-spam agency, Hanaro Telecom has had a pair of Internet protocol addresses used to send unwanted junk messages in bulk since mid-March. ... When contacted, Hanaro Telecom officials seemed unaware of the two prolific professional spammers and promised to take measures to bring them under control. Well, no, of course they'd be unaware.
