That's where web 2.0 comes in - potential spammer access to every level, (virtual) apex to base. And the tools to help them - they seem to be with us already, like Zunker - Tool used to control botnets ... (user-friendly and with comprehensive facilities to bring smart exploitation to the wider user-base). The future is upon us. That is, they are always early adopters of new technology (VCR recording, DVD etc.) Spammers also appear to be early adopters of new technology.
