release & whitelist problem

I found the email confirmation for my airline tickets in my held mail. I didn't open it, I just clicked release & whitelist. It didn't show up in my other mailbox where I receive mail from SpamCop and it is not in held mail, trash or the inbox of my SpamCop mail.

Is there any way to find it? Or is it gone, all gone?

Not an email account user myself but I note the usual advice is to contact Jeff (JT) with full details. Previous topics include Lost email, Forwarded Email was never received and Released messages disappear which may be useful for your review. Whatever else has happened since those times, the roll-out of the new WebMail Beta (Announcement) will be causing more than usual mail to JT's service address (so keep your message concise but complete ...).
