I just reported a spam with a couple of

<a href="file:///C:/%20http://www.hensven.com/01_forum/images/page/update.htm">

like links. Spamcop could not find www.hensven.com as the site hosting this phishing.

like links. Spamcop could not find www.hensven.com as the site hosting this phishing.

And neither should any properly working client resolve that to a working link.

As repeated here often, detecting and reporting weblinks is NOT a priority for spamcop. If it works, great, otherwise, as history has shown, not many resources will be applied to the problem.
