Got back an estimate via e-mail from them, containing the following curious bit: If you would like to proceed with a Visa, American Express or Master card, or have any questions, please respond to this e-mail with your credit card information, or contact us at (800)-321-1023 or (800)-458-3300 (California Only). And I hope you are going to mention to the person you talk to how silly option 1 is, though they will likely have little power to actually change it.
