In a Memorandum Opinion and Order issued yesterday 10 April 2008,

Illinois Judge James Zagel granted judgement for Comcast on the

pleadings, dismissed e360's claims, and said: "Plaintiff e360Insight

LLC refers to itself as an Internet marketing company. Some, perhaps

even a majority of people in this country, would call it a spammer."
