    Change your internet  DNS to Cloudflare's DNS  1.1.1.1 a lot of times one's  ISP DNS is buggy!
    (VPN's included, OPERA browser allows DNS change for it's browser only, then you can use other browser's which don't allow  a specific DNS )

    Scan your computer, this one, a dedicated malware one is free, but won't auto repair in free mode
    (I use the free version) 
    If there is only one or two malware "pick-ups" it is not that hard to do (for me no false positives)

    Slow and slows down computer while scanning so go away for 30 minutes for it to complete.
    The paid version updates whitelist and is not so "system heavy" after first scan.

    This may be false though. The email is such a mess, I can't read any of the source. I'm happy to supply the source if that helps. This new stuff looks exactly like the pharma spam of the 90s. Has a former spammer been released from jail or something?

    Looks like you are trying to report spam from a intranet/network server.
    This cannot be done via SpamCop

    often means mail host not set-up or changed
    Log in click the "TAB" mail hosts

    SpamCop has a reoccurring problem here
    Probably overworked email server and not big enough drive space to now cope?
    gnarlymarley has suggested the most probable cause as .
    Almost always a disk space issue. Usually it is low disk space where the transport queue is located (default C:). Many organization underestimate the amount of disk space required for Drive when all of the various logs and transport queue are included.

    1 SpamCop email is no longer for new users, those that had/have one can still use it but only forwards email to you!
    2 You can also "Forward email as attachment" to your "super secret " spamcop email address.

    I use Gmail as my only email account. If I get spam I mark it as phishing if from Gmail I don't report (confident Gmail cancels account and disables links from your Gmail)
    Seems I get a lot of Bitylinks which I report with a Bot scri_pt it works
