email_support Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 We identified and fixed a bug that several users reported. It was a bit transient so the user reports were helpful in allowing us to track it back and find the problem. The symptom was logging into webmail and seeing the Inbox look empty even though the user knew there was mail in it, i.e. using IMAP and being able to see the emails or having logged in previously and having seen the mails. Not all users encountered this and it didn't happen every time a user logged in. Reminder: please make sure to include your [at]spamcop.net/cesmail.net/cqmail.net email address when you open a trouble ticket. You can write from any of your email addresses but if you don't include your Spamcop email system address it will delay my being able to investigate. Thanks
