[Resolved] No source IP address found EdgeWave

My company used EdgeWave (AKA RedCondor) for email filtering.

They changed the Received header format yesterday and SpamCop can no longer identify the source IP of messages.

I reregistering the mail servers using the Mailhosts process but that did not help.

A typical Received header is:

Received: from xktnhgbnfx.biz ([111.176.126.69])

by smtp455 ({ab2db146-05bc-49c7-acbc-f4810e25c9d8})

via TCP (inbound) with ESMTP id 20130717130828602

for <x>;

Wed, 17 Jul 2013 13:08:28 +0000
