I wonder if an automated reply in Portugese or Spanish is of any help when you don't speak the language, I sure find it cumbersome, and though I speak 2 latin based languages fluently, they go beyond me..

It is sometimes funny how they translate, but it usually makes enough sense.

From my knowledge of what other automated responses say (and the little Latin I remember)

The first section says to be sure to include the time and all the headers.

Second says if you have a DOS attack, call a phone number

The next one either says they don't investigate unless it comes from them and you should notify the proper ISP (maybe, though one farther down seems to say that also - it might also say something about the TOS and how they won't tell you what they decide to do - I am getting tired of guessing).

Then they tell you how to find the proper IP address.

I hope someone does translate it and see how close I come.
