From my knowledge of what other automated responses say (and the little Latin I remember) The first section says to be sure to include the time and all the headers. Second says if you have a DOS attack, call a phone number The next one either says they don't investigate unless it comes from them and you should notify the proper ISP (maybe, though one farther down seems to say that also - it might also say something about the TOS and how they won't tell you what they decide to do - I am getting tired of guessing).
