mkilgore
Anybody else having this problem? After yesterday's update, good mail passes through okay, but I can't reach my held mail list the usual way. After I log in, when I click the Held Email tab at the top of the regular SpamCop page, I eventually see the message "Cannot connect to imap server: Operation timed out". When I go through WebMail, I can access the Held Mail list, but not though the convenient, familiar (to me) SpamCop interface. How are your accounts doing? nealbscott
Same here. I go directly to http://www.spamcop.net/reportheld?action=heldlog and all I get is Cannot connect to imap server: Operation timed out
email_support
Same here. I go directly to http://www.spamcop.net/reportheld?action=heldlog and all I get is Cannot connect to imap server: Operation timed out As you have noticed there are some issues using VER etc after yesterday's update. Cisco folks are working on it.
dra007
Same issue here, fortunately the webmail submission works, though I hate using it.. The imap authentication is fine, I can transfer files to the heldmail folder, so it is just when trying to report that it hangs..
craigt
Same problem here -- guess I have to wait for Cisco
