Hostwinds Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 We are able to see our routes inside our ISP account however we see this abuse[at]hostwinds.com bounces (99 sent : 99 bounces) Using abuse#hostwinds.com[at]devnull.spamcop.net for statistical tracking. We had a slight issue with our abuse account improperly reporting bounces (they werent actually bouncing, the info was being piped to our ticket system, and taking more than 60 seconds to process, thus it said it bounced) We have since completely fixed this issue, we are however unaware of how to "tell" spamcop to start using our abuse contact again, can you please help us out, so that we can better combat spammers on our network?
turetzsr Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Hi, ...Posting here should serve perfectly, as one of the SpamCop admins, Don D'Minion, happens by every so often.
enigma1 Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 Maybe it wasn't accidental, given the type of spam I got, sc perhaps was trying to avoid listwashing.
