louisxiv
I've shared my spamcop account with my SO for 18 months or so, but now we really need to separate our email use. I see that it is possible to set up multiple (family) accounts at sign-up. Is there a way to add a family account now, partway through the subscription year, or will I have to kill the current account and start two new to take advantage of this? Cheers Pete
turetzsr
Hi, Pete, ...The answer to your question might be in Wazoo's reply to thread "Additional Account (Discount)".
louisxiv
...The answer to your question might be in Wazoo's reply to thread "Additional Account (Discount)". Hmm, yes, it is clearly relevant, thanks. Reading it a couple of times I think the conclusion is that there's no automated way of doing this. I'll look at doing the cancel and restart thing soon then. Thanks Pete

Hmm, yes, it is clearly relevant, thanks. ...You're quite welcome. Glad I could help and gave you a good answer! <g> My answering questions about the e-mail side of the house is always a dangerous enterprise because I don't use it, myself. Reading it a couple of times I think the conclusion is that there's no automated way of doing this. ...Yes, that's how I read it, as well. I'll look at doing the cancel and restart thing soon then. Thanks Pete ...You might try writing to support<at>spamcop.net (I believe that is how you contact JT, the keeper of the e-mail service) to explain the situation and ask if he can do what you wish.
