chrislott Posted July 19, 2004 Share Posted July 19, 2004 I use webmail and get the error "There was an error viewing the requested message" frequently. It seems to happen most commonly when I freshly log into webmail to find new mail waiting and click on the first new message. I don't know whether the last-login-from message on the screen triggers this or not. It doesn't seem to matter whether I click on the "From" or the "Subject" of the new message. The second click almost invariably works and the message is shown. I am writing to request that the error message be made much more specific. Once that is done, I will be able to provide you with additional information, and maybe then you can find and/or fix the root cause of this problem. Thanks for listening. chris...
