Cause of registration of RBL LIST

Today afternoon our company mail server is registered in the rbl list of spamcop

So there was a problem sending mail.

rbl list is off
And what if I want to know what causes the rbl list to be registered?

There is no place to ask questions on spamcop homepage

A listing in the Spamcop list is based on users reporting unwanted email being provided to the people who run it.

If you discover that your server is listed, you can use the Spamcop lookup page, which will usually offer some more information and suggestions.

If you send a "mail list" you need to consider double opt in with a working un-subscribe
