Incorrect administrative contact information

Hi,

Does anyone know why spamcop generates the postmaster[at][iPADDRESS] as administrative contact ?

Like below :

Re: 218.50.86.252 (Administrator of network where email originates)

To: postmaster[at][218.50.86.252] (Notes)

When using www.dnsstuff.com to get the whois data is does return a proper abuse address, so why is this not being used in the spamcop report?

Headers that generate the message above are listed below

Hope anyone can help.

Btw, I am using Outlook 2003 SP1 and Firefox.

No idea why it's happening, but I requested routing changes for 3 similar blocks owned by Hanaro yesterday. I'll post a request for 218.50.0.0/15 to go to Hanaro in the routing newsgroup now. Hopefully, Ellen will have time to review them soon.
