Spam complaints used by spammers?

I keep receiving bounces from all over the place regarding

university diplomas. This has started two days ago, possibly

after my having reported some spam mails at spamcop.

The interesting thing is, that the address of our internal mailserver

with its internal subdomain shows up in the "bounced" To:

field.

Should i mangle submissions such that internal Received

lines are not included?

Anyway, could some of the spammers employ complaints

as hints for who to use as "Sender"?

Is that what they call joe job?
