davem Posted January 7 Share Posted January 7 This should be simple... If a provider has indicated that a situation has been handled, the link "Skip to Reports" doesn't do anything. However, the screen may be full of text from the message, and this fact isn't visible until you scroll up. (which is what I'm often using the link for!) Larry F Posted January 7 Share Posted January 7 Davem ~~ I've seen this for past 2 or 3 weeks. What I'm seeing is it does jump down, then back up to top.
