For a few years now processed spam does not generate a reporting destination other then my ISP. It seems that in the email header the email is coming from gmail. Any solutions out there?

Your ISP does not have it's email set-up correctly
In this case you need to set-up SpamCop mailhosts in your set-up.
This means SpamCop will then only report the email server that you receive it from.
It is better to report the source of email if possible.
