Try logging onto new reporting page instead of the legacy one get password recovery from there But ALLWAYS use this new reporting page Hope it works? If I recall I must send them my secret reporting code? I’m forced to use my iPhone for all this since my PC caught fire then my iPad Pro died within a week!
