no response on forwarded spams

I have an account, and an email. I forward the spams to the Spamcop email, but the help says I should recv back a confirming email of some sort. I never get anything. Is the Help wrong or am I doing something wrong? I'm using Outlook Express under (yay) win98.

You should be getting a response back from SpamCop when you submit spam.

Your 'submit' address is displayed on the "Welcome" page when you log into your SpamCop account. Make sure you're sending your spam to exactly that address. The code in the address is case sensitive, so copy/pasting it into your address book is the way to go. Subtle differences are fatal.
