Help for from-address forgery

I have just updated my website with a page that describes the problem of from-address forgery in spam, in language that I hope should be clear even to novices.

Feel free to bookmark the URL; if you ever have your domain or your e-mail address hijacked by a spammer to go into the from-address field of his messages, and you get misdirected complaints from individuals, you are invited to give this link in your reply:
