Hi, I'm getting this message, and am not sure why. The message is definitely spam.

I get:

Resolving link obfuscation

http://ticklefootsies.com/

Host ticklefootsies.com (checking ip) IP not found ; ticklefootsies.com discarded as fake.

Tracking link: http://ticklefootsies.com/

[report history]

ISP does not wish to receive report regarding http://ticklefootsies.com/

Cannot resolve http://ticklefootsies.com/

I'm not sure why it's not getting the IP address either. If I do a whois on it, I get an IP.

Here's my tracking URL: http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z2824830509z4...8bdbf43bf212d0z

Yes, it definitely spam. I have been getting similar spam lately.

Is your question 'why didn't the spamcop parsing tool trace to ground a link in the body of the spam?' then have you looked at all the other threads about spamvertised links; about spamcop's focus on the sender of spam and not the sites advertised in the spam; about KnujOn's mission vs. spamcops objectives

If that's not your question, please try again I must not understand.

...Please go to the are near the top of most any SpamCop Forum page, type the following into the box between the "buttons" labeled "Search for -->" and "GO"
"(checking ip) IP not found"
including the quote marks, then press one of the aforementioned buttons. You'll see many links (52 as of the time of this post) that deal with this very situation! If after reading these posts you still have any questions, please post them as a reply to this post.
