rconner
http://www.spamhaus.org/news.lasso?article=642 Spamhaus provides a snapshot of its PBL activity, including graphics of activity by net block for particular providers. The graphics show activity by /24 blocks in "hot" colors against a light blue baseline, which enables you to get a glimpse of the distribution of problems in particular providers' address spaces. Turk Telecom is held up as a bad example (apparently, Turkish law gets in the way of prompt enforcement), while France Telecom and (drum roll) Comcast are extremely clean. The Comcast example is particularly encouraging. -- rick
