According to abuse.net, the correct reporting address for "photobucket.com" is abuse[at]photobucket.com. Would have posted in spamcop.routing, except as far as I know the news server is still down. SpamCop may be using the ARIN WHOIS listing (https://ws.arin.net/whois/?queryinput=209.17.66.11, http://www.spamcop.net/sc?action=showroute...1;typecodes=17) rather than the abuse.net listing (http://www.abuse.net/lookup.phtml?domain=photobucket.com) for a reason or it might be an oversight.
